Request for Support

The Muskego Community Relief Fund exists to provide local support for families impacted by the recent flood. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee assistance. Each request will be reviewed by our Assessment & Distribution Team, and funds will be distributed based on available resources and demonstrated need.

Submission Deadline: Requests will be accepted until End of Day, September 21st, 2025.

Minimum Requirements to Apply:

You must be a current resident of Muskego.
Your need must be directly related to damage caused by the flood (such as housing, cleanup, or essential recovery needs).

Our team will carefully review each request to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with the purpose of the Relief Fund.
